George E. Chamberlain, IV, is an accomplished attorney with a focus on commercial law and regulatory matters. Rudolph L. August, Jr.
Rudolph L. August Jr., is a petroleum technology specialist with over 30 years of experience in working with federal, state, and local government regulatory officials. Rudolph has served as Chief of Networks for the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans. He managed the maintenance program with underground piping for water and sewerage systems. He also ensured compliance with U.S.E.P.A. Consent Decree requirements.
He helped the city restore its water distribution and waste water collection system left behind by Hurricane Katrina.
